Movement is a powerful tool to heal the body and soothe the mind. The ancient tradition of yoga has been used through the ages to maintain a healthy body, but also build a powerful connection with the mind.

I take these traditions and help apply them to our modern world, teaching everybody from schoolkids to business people how to use movement and breath to have a healthy, happy life, on and off the yoga mat.
LEARN TO BE IN THE NOW
Yoga isn’t just a series of shapes, it's a state of being present and connected. I go beyond the physical practice and help my students create a connection between their body, breath and mind. This gives them tools to live a happier, more peaceful life when they get off the mat.
Foundations first
When our yoga practice is built on solid foundations we can fly, tend to our bodies with love and get more out of every breath. While I work with students of all ages and skills, we always create strong foundations, in our shapes, in our knowledge and in ourselves.
Our shared moments
Each session is different, and is based on what I feel my students need at the time. It can range from foundational work, to energy inducing flows, to simple meditation and philosophy. Wherever we go in a session, we go there together, and I find that I can learn as much from them, as they can from me.
