Before I started seeing Candice, I thought I was super healthy and I didn’t even need to see her. But once I did, my life completely changed.
I had gut issues I wasn’t aware of, skin issues as a result and weight that would NOT shift. Since starting the six week program I am so much more aware what I eat, and I now have SO much more respect for my body. After Candice, by stepping me thorough eating well and chasing my currently lifestyle I have been having not just boundless energy, but my immune system is getting better and I feel my gut is becoming less and less of an issue.
Thanks to her I have now become addicted to learning more and no longer addicted to sugar! She has shown me it is all about simplicity – and she has helped me understand how beautiful, simple ingredients can create some of the most delicious meals I have made. She has been my go to for questions – from how to cook something, what to eat in restaurants, to helping me adapt to my changing lifestyle to help my gut. I was your typical 30 something male. Working hard through the week, training every weeknight at either soccer training or gym, then socialising and drinking a little too much at the weekends. I’d always been active since I could remember, I thought if you trained hard then you could easily manage your weight... I was wrong!
After realising that I needed to do something about my weight gain, I asked around for a good nutritionist and a friend put me in contact with Candice. Straight from the off I was impressed with her knowledge of her craft. By asking me a few simple questions and looking at my body shape and overall appearance she was able to accurately diagnose my symptoms even down to my liver function not being 100%.
From there we moved forward with a plan to get me back on track and feeling good about myself again. After just 4 short weeks I now have tons more energy, I’ve lost numerous centimetres from around my waist and stomach and I’m also becoming a bit of a wiz in the kitchen.
You see with Candice, you don’t just get someone on the end of an email or a phone call. You get someone who really cares about your end results and wants to educate you along the way. From taking you shopping, to teaching you how to cook delicious healthy recipes Candice puts her heart and soul into getting you to where you want to be.

I’ve been having a PT and nutrition consult with Candice for approximately 4 months now. Before this time I ate fast food most days, drunk beer daily and smoked. Fast-forward to now and I’m mostly eating healthily, I’ve cut down my alcohol consumption and I’ve stopped smoking completely. That combined with the training I’ve noticed a difference in my body. I have noticed that my arms and legs are toned and my “beer belly” has all but gone. Further than that is how much better I feel on the inside and the confidence that I’m finding in my body.
Candice has been able to motivate me and keep me going further – had I been on my own I would have given up a long time ago.

Before meeting Candice I considered my lifestyle 'healthy' however I was getting sick all the time and I couldn't shift a stubborn 5kg despite living at active lifestyle.
Candice debunked all those 'healthy choices' I thought I was making, smoothies, acai bowls and has completely changed my mindset.
This ISN'T a diet, it's a change of lifestyle, she is my guide and has given me the tools to make educated decisions about what I eat. It's not scary, it was remarkably easy in fact.

I originally started with a six week kick start programme which included both PT and nutrition and now I’m addicted!
Like most people free time is hard to come by but Candice’s flexibility allows me to get my workout in unconventional hours and in the comfort of my own home. Her ability to mix it up and make every session whether it is nutrition or PT unique and personalised keeps you wanting to do more!
The best bit about Candice is she is a realist! She totally understood where I was coming from when I say how much I love a chocolate treat but it was her attitude to “it’s not about cutting everything out its about making decisions and finding alternatives”, that really appealed to me – who knew that I would become obsessed with a healthy nutrition filled breakfast of nuts, dates and other goodies when previously breakfast had been a large bowl of sugar loaded cereal!
Nutrition is the hardest part for me as I’m such a foodie but Candice has showed me that just because I want to get in better shape doesn’t mean I can’t be a foodie anymore. She has given some fantastic recipes and even been a comrade in arms in the kitchen helping me make delicious treats like gluten free, diary free pancakes, trust me that are incredible. This has not only helped me but helped my fiancé too who is as sweet toothed as they come – if he’s a fan you know they must be good!
Candice has allowed me to see that slow and steady does win the race. By slow I mean in less than 4 weeks – hardly slow right - I was already seeing results in the toning of my arms and stomach. Fad diets and exercise plans were always my thing in the past and I never got anywhere, they were always hard to stick to and it was incredibly easy to talk yourself out of it but now I feel like I have a friend to train with. Trust me Candice is a blast to work out with, she encourages you to push that little bit more each time and by the end of the first session you have already achieved things you never thought possible!

For someone who is time poor and not fond of the conventional gym scene or monotony, Candice’s unique and personalised service has been the perfect solution for me. No two PT sessions or nutrition consultations have been the same as she mixes things up!
