The Candice Rubin road to health and fitness is nothing short of incredible. I'd given her two photos, one of Ryan gosling and the other of Ryan Reynolds and said you've got 4 months. She had me done in half that time. I've done 15 years of all sorts of great training from power lifting to athletics to body building but I've never had such effortless and wonderful change in such a short time.
